Oversee and coordinate all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments.
Lead and motivate department heads to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve operational goals.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and relevant regulations.
Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to optimize offerings and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
Foster a positive work environment and support staff development through training and mentorship.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a 5-star hotel.
Strong background in the Food and Beverage department is essential.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
