What You Bring
BE,/ B.Tech Mechanical, Supply Chain Management with minimum of 10 years’ collective experience working in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sourcing or similar function and having Casting and Forgings experience is must.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing processes. Experience handling Long Term Contracts and negotiating complex terms and conditions.
Strong working knowledge of manufacturing techniques and processes for assigned commodity. Excellent leadership skills and proven track record to lead change.
Experience using financial and data-driven techniques to make decisions.
Ability to influence through effective verbal and written communication skills; clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups. Good problem solving and decision-making skills, Leader, self-starter.
Can travel to 20% both domestically and internationally. Fluent In English. Arabic would be huge plus.
