We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair specialist equipment internationally. You'll diagnose problems, do normal maintenance, and make sure everything runs well. Key responsibilities include defect diagnosis, component replacement or installation, and adhering to safety and quality requirements. You will also keep service records, document maintenance actions, and assist customers with product usage.
High-voltage, high-current test apparatus diagnosis and repair.
Diagnose and fix systems controlled by microprocessors, relays, and PLCs.
Under the direction of engineers, replace malfunctioning parts and alter PLC programs.
After repairs, make sure everything is functioning properly by conducting operational checks.
Analyze malfunctions, produce reports, and work with engineering groups.
Organize unique projects and assess equipment concepts.
Organize training sessions, create test protocols, and commission the site.
Award participants with training certificates.
Create and present cost analyses, service quotes, and suggestions for upgrades.
Keep customers informed about equipment status and scheduling in a direct manner.
Electrical engineering bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
two to four years of electrical or electronic background.
Must be familiar with AutoCAD and high-voltage test equipment.
