Job Requirements :

• Experience in Crash , fire & Rescue trucks maintenance and operation field , if not , at least experience in heavy-duty machinery maintenance and fleet management.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in supervision / managerial level.
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
• Analytical problem solver capabilities that must drive both Technology and logistical strategies to improve process productivity reduce operational costs and increase business profitability.
• Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
• Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
• Strong leadership ability.
