Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, or a related field.
A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in performance management, reporting, or project management
Experience in the development or real estate sector is highly desirable
Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous
Demonstrated expertise in performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and data analysis
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in project management and reporting software tools
