Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in reporting, project management, or finance roles, preferably within real estate or large-scale development
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel, Power BI, or similar software
• Excellent analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in managing reporting processes across multiple projects and teams
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
