Description

We are seeking a position for a Learning Support Specialist/Independent Learning Support Assistant. The role involves providing one-to-one support for a student who requires personalised and structured assistance, with a focus on teaching skills to help them become more independent.

Details

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role with students.
  • RBT (Registered Behaviour Technician) certification is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Proven ability to implement effective educational and behavioural strategies.
  • High energy, creativity and adaptability to motivate and support the student.
