Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Consultant with a strong background in construction projects and proven expertise in energy simulation using IES software. This is a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, KSA, where you will play a crucial role in driving the sustainability agenda for our projects. You will be responsible for conducting energy analyses, providing recommendations for building design optimization, and ensuring projects meet or exceed sustainability targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Architectural, or related field) or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction projects.
Proven expertise in using IES Virtual Environment software for building energy simulation. Include specific experience levels (e.g., "5+ years of experience using IES VE").
Strong understanding of building physics, thermodynamics, and HVAC systems.
Familiarity with green building rating systems (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) and sustainability standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
