Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP BIM Modeler located in Dubai. The MEP BIM Modeler will be responsible for utilizing 4D BIM for clash-free scheduling and time-related information, and 5D BIM for accurate cost forecasts and automated quantity take-offs.

Qualifications

Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Modeler skills
excellent hands-on experience on sheets and scheduling.
Experience in MEP Drawings
Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
Knowledge of Revit software and BIM processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant certification or degree in, Engineering, or related field
