Description

Support the Interior Design Team in managing the production team’s activities. Translate design intent into effective and compliant technical solutions, taking ownership of technical design throughout all project stages as applicable. Develop detailed BIM models for interior design projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements.

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Interior Design.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on interior design projects.
Strong interest in and knowledge of current products and design trends.
Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or residential interior design projects in the UAE.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Familiarity with FF&E suppliers, products, and materials.
Confident in liaising with suppliers to request information and samples.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Photoshop, Indesign. MS Office and other relevant tools..
