Required Skills and Qualifications:

• PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, reaction mechanisms, molecular characterization, and physical/chemical properties.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as NMR, Mass Spectrometry, and IR spectroscopy.
• Experience with data structuring and organizing for AI model use, such as JSON, CSV, or database systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt chemistry knowledge to AI applications.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
