Essential

• 5+ years’ experience in data analysis gained through work in business, government and/or non-government organisations.
• Strong data handling and presentation skills in core Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc).
• Highly developed skills to create useful and relevant dashboard and reporting tools (eg Tableau, PowerBI, Grantelligence).
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English, and the ability to convey complex concepts about data analysis to a general audience.
• Critical and strategic thinking skills, able to assess datasets and their gaps at a macro and micro level and develop ways of improving them.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural team that works remotely across the Asia-Pacific region.
