Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years of LOCAL experience in procurement is must for this opening, preferably within property development or construction in UAE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with construction materials, building supplies, and services Proficient in procurement software preferably in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, local suppliers, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
