AKP Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join the EMEA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing senior customer relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to expand market presence in EMEA, with a particular focus on building the market in the MEA Region. The focus is on the Food & Agriculture sector. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, headhunting, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food-Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management within the Food, Agriculture, FMCG, or Chemicals industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross functional areas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level customers.
• Strong previous experience in the business development recruitment industry in the EMEA region.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
