KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years experience in running marketing campaigns at scale
• In-depth knowledge of running highly effective marketing campaigns
• Data-driven decision making and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong A/B testing and optimization skills
• Strong proficiency in using traditional ad platforms (such as Youtube & X) combined with a solid understanding of Web3 advertising platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Project management skills – clear experience managing long-term projects to completion
• Demonstrate creativity and agile thinking
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing
• Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side
• Practice superior time management
