Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on large-scale events and tradeshows
• Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end event planning and execution of events in the property industry and ideally in the GCC
• Ability to develop and deliver an events strategy which meets business objectives and delivers ROI, managing the end-to-end process from conception to post event analysis.
• Strong budget management skills with an ability to optimize resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
