Requirements

• Requirements**:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in design management, civil engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on large-scale projects
• Demonstrated experience in design of major rail projects
• Strong understanding of rail transit, and design management
• Proficient in design and analysis software
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think strategically
