key Accountabilities:

· Supervise the implementation of the daily production operations according to the production plan to ensure product availability on time.

· Responsible for starting/stopping operation of the plant in accordance with standard operating procedures.

· Ensure ingredients and milk are available before starting the operation process.

· Coordinate with maintenance staff during maintenance work.

· Ensure effective communication between the processing and filling teams.

· Implement jobs as assigned by the Cell owner and ensure implementation of CIP in all production lines.

· Monitor the parameters of all processing plants, prepare the plants for treatment, and record & update with comments on operator shift reports.

· Report directly to the Cell Owner regarding all abnormalities or obstacles and the shift performance.

• Oversee the implementation of HACCP guidelines.

· Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and taking corrective actions for smooth & continuous plant operation.

· Follow the day-to-day operations related to job duties to ensure continuity of work

· Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement

· Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of the Process section to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards

· Managing the filtration units Production & CIP as per the procedure.

· Managing and mixing Labneh and following UF operation procedures.

Job Requirements:

FMCG / Dairy / Juice

2 – 4 years relevant experience in a related industry with knowledge of the RO,UF,NF filtration units

Engineering diploma in Agriculture or Industrial fields.
