Project Coordinator - Great opportunity for somebody with advertising agency experience

Champions, organizes, and manages project tasks submissions per Client guidelines and Agency process
Routes jobs, creates time and events schedules for every digital marketing client
Updates, maintains, and distributes the Daily Hot Sheet and the Weekly Status Report, keeping them up-to-date at all times.
Partners with the Dev and Marketing Head, to keep status and next steps completely up-to-date for all digital clients
Upholds quality control standards and practices
Communicates changes, revisions, and approvals to the appropriate members of the team and clients for digital projects
Extremely proactive and Excellent in client communication and handling
Monitors financial status weekly and participate/ run in monthly marketing status meetings with clients
Runs weekly budget vs. actual reports and distributes them to the team
Prepares, obtains required signatures, uploads to the proper portal, and sends to Finance transfers and write offs as needed
Maintains financial records on the appropriate portal for all jobs and brands
Establishes objectives, priorities, and organize a practical work schedule, ensuring effectiveness by following through on each print job to each stage of completion
Ensures efficient flow of activities on assigned clients
Well versed and carries himself/herself professionally
Report to management on client & team performances
