Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2+ years as a Team Lead/Manager, with a strong command in team & work management.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role & account management is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
